Job summary

Addison Group is seeking an experienced HRIS Manager to oversee HR systems administration, data governance, reporting, and process optimization in Plano, TX. This hands-on role requires Paylocity expertise and strong Excel skills to support data accuracy and compliance.

You will partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and leadership to drive system enhancements, reporting capabilities, and scalable HR technology initiatives, ensuring robust data workflows across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in HRIS/HR Operations/HR Technology or similar
• Hands-on experience administering HRIS and payroll systems
• Strong Paylocity experience is required
• Understanding of HR lifecycle processes: recruiting, onboarding, benefits, payroll, data management
• Experience managing HR system integrations and data workflows
• Knowledge of data privacy, security, and governance practices
• Advanced Excel skills: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, complex formulas, data validation, reporting

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day HRIS administration and continuous improvement of HRIS platforms
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security across HR systems
• Prepare and submit compliance and regulatory reporting
• Develop and maintain HR reporting capabilities and workforce analytics
• Create training materials and provide end-user support for HR systems
• Collaborate with IT and stakeholders on system updates and enhancements
• Lead HR technology projects including integrations and implementations
• Manage integrations between HR, payroll, reporting and other business systems
• Support data governance efforts with process documentation and data mapping
• Partner with Payroll to ensure data flow, system functionality, and compliance
• Analyze HR data to provide actionable business insights
• Develop scalable processes to improve efficiency and employee experience
• Assist HR operations and systems-related projects as needed
