Miami Family Law Group, PLLC is seeking an experienced HR & Recruiting Manager to lead recruitment for attorneys, paralegals, and staff, and to run day‑to‑day HR operations in our Coconut Grove office. This full‑time, in‑office role emphasizes hands‑on recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and HR program development.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of HR and 3+ years recruiting experience, strong sourcing skills, and a track record of building pipelines in a professional services

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience including employee relations, performance management, and recruiting.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on, full-cycle recruiting within a professional services environment.
• Experience independently managing multiple open positions and meeting hiring deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting process for attorneys, paralegals, and staff.
• Source qualified candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, and networks.
• Create compelling job ads and screen candidates.
• Lead onboarding and 30/60/90‑day plans and KPIs.
• Develop HR procedures, dashboards, and compliance reporting.
• Coach managers on performance, coaching, and disciplinary actions.
