Job summary

Compass Career Solutions, a sister company to Dungarvin, seeks a dedicated housing services coordinator for on-site work in Olympia, WA. You will conduct eligibility assessments, develop action plans, and provide life-skills coaching to empower clients toward independence.

Daily documentation and collaboration with internal and external teams are essential. The role requires in-office presence, occasional travel, and flexibility for some nights/weekends.

Qualifications

• Current resume includes bulleted details of direct housing experience.
• Qualifying criteria include a Bachelor’s degree with 1 year housing coordination experience or a HS diploma with 2 years housing coordination experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and interviews to determine eligibility.
• Develop and update action plans and case notes.
• Provide life skills development to improve independence and quality of life.
• Document care and follow support plans with internal/external teams.
• Coordinate referrals to medical, mental health, and other services.
