Confident Search Consultants is seeking a Home Care Recruiter to build a robust caregiver pipeline including RNs, CNAs and HHAs. You will screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate interview scheduling for multiple hiring managers in an in-office setting.

The role requires 2+ years of healthcare recruiting experience with caregiver focus, knowledge of employment laws, and strong written and verbal communication. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of healthcare recruiting experience.
• Caregiver recruiting experience required.
• Home care recruiting experience highly preferred.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with social media recruitment.
• Experience attending events.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Develop candidate generation sources to build a caregiver pipeline of RNs, CNAs and HHAs.
• Screen resumes and conduct phone, virtual, and face-to-face interviews.
• Schedule interviews for all hiring managers.
• Schedule a high volume of applicant interviews weekly.
