This is an in-office position with a high weekly interview volume. Applicants should have at least 2 years in healthcare recruiting, caregiver recruitment experience, knowledge of employment laws, strong communication skills, and familiarity

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in healthcare recruiting.
• Caregiver recruiting experience is required.
• Home care recruiting is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with social media recruitment.
• Experience attending events.

Responsibilities

• Develop candidate generation sources to build a caregiver pipeline of RNs, CNAs and HHAs.
• Screen resumes and conduct phone, virtual, and face-to-face interviews.
• Schedule interviews for all hiring managers.
• Schedule a high volume of applicant interviews weekly.
• In office required; not remote.
