Job summary

Talent With Heart in Greenwich, CT is seeking a Home Care Recruiter to build a caregiver pipeline including RNs, CNAs and HHAs. You will screen resumes, conduct phone, virtual and in-person interviews, and schedule interviews for all hiring managers in a fast-paced, health-focused environment.

This in-office role requires knowledge of federal and state employment laws, excellent verbal and written communication, and experience with social media recruitment and events to attract qualified home

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of healthcare recruiting.
• Caregiver recruiting required.
• Home care recruiting highly preferred.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Social Media Recruitment experience.
• Experience attending events.
• Microsoft Office Proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Develop candidate generation sources to build a caregiver pipeline of RNs, CNAs and HHAs.
• Screen resumes and conduct phone, virtual, and face-to-face interviews.
• Schedule interviews for all hiring managers.
• Schedule a high volume of applicant interviews weekly.
• NOT remote. In office required.
