Qualifications

• 5+ years in bookkeeping, financial management, or accounting.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Responsibilities

• Maintain a complete set of financial records for the company.
• Oversee AP, AR, payroll, general ledger entries, and daily reconciliations.
• Prepare deposits and reconcile payments and adjustments.
• Record financial transactions and prepare monthly financial statements.
• Collaborate with owner on budgeting and financial planning.
