Job summary

gpac is assisting a well-established home builder in Minnesota with a Full Charge Bookkeeper role. The position focuses on end-to-end accounting in a fast-paced construction environment, reporting to ownership and supporting the financial operations of a growing custom home builder.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience, strong QuickBooks Online proficiency, and knowledge of job costing and construction accounting principles.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online (required).
• Experience in residential construction, custom home building, or general contracting preferred.
• Knowledge of job costing and construction accounting principles.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy; self-motivated with excellent communication skills.
