You will develop robust financial models, analyze performance, support strategic initiatives, and present insights to senior leadership. Ideal candidates have strong Excel modeling skills and ERP experience.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of FP&A experience, preferably in a tech or fast-growing company.
• Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting/Economics; MBA or CFA a plus.
• Strong analytical, quantitative and communication skills.
• Advanced financial modeling and data manipulation in Excel.
• Experience with FP&A software (Adaptive Planning, Anaplan, Hyperion) and ERPs (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle).

Responsibilities

• Develop, refine, and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of performance vs. budget and forecast; identify variances.
• Partner with business units to evaluate initiatives and opportunities; provide financial modeling.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Monitor operating expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure data integrity and use financial systems to extract and analyze data.
• Identify and implement process improvements in reporting and analytical tools.
