AIR Communities is seeking an Accounting Manager for the Strategic Response Team in the Denver area. This in-office role supports corporate accounting, debt management, financial reporting, and analysis with a focus on accuracy and process improvement.

The position requires 4–6+ years of experience, a Bachelor’s in Accounting, and strong Excel/Workday skills. Eligible for an annual base salary in the 120,000–140,000 USD range with bonus potential and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• 4–6+ years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience with monthly close, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee high-priority accounting initiatives within the department.
• Prepare and review financial reports, journal entries, and variance analyses.
• Lead onboarding of new hires and manage special projects affecting policies.
