American National Logistics, Inc. seeks a Driver Payroll Clerk & Shop Coordinator to support both Administrative and Shop departments.

This role is 100% in-office at our Caddo Mills, TX location and requires accuracy, strong communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced transportation environment. You will handle driver payroll processing, shop coordination, and act as a liaison between drivers, mechanics, vendors, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Experience with McLeod or Square Rigger preferred.

Responsibilities

• Payroll processing for drivers: verify docs, process payroll in McLeod, review deductions and receipts, resolve issues.
• Shop coordination: enter/close invoices in Square Rigger, prepare A/P, print checks, assist drivers with OTR repairs, order parts, support inventory.
• Maintain equipment, DOT inspection, and trailer registration files.
• Compile daily and weekly shop/maintenance reports.
• Serve as a communication link between drivers, mechanics, vendors, and internal departments.
