Job summary

Tri-National, Inc. in St. Charles, MO, is seeking a Payroll Administrator to support our Operations Department and assist drivers in a fast-paced, JIT trucking environment.

Daily duties include administering weekly driver payroll, indexing trip sheets, maintaining payroll files, and managing benefits portals and related reports. The ideal candidate has transportation/logistics experience, HR knowledge, strong communication and analytical skills, and proficiency with AS400, Paylocity and Excel.

Description

Tri-National, truck load carrier in a JIT environment, located in St. Charles, MO, is currently seeking a highly-motivated individual to join our Operations Department as Payroll Administrator. This position would be direct support to the Operations Department and assist in the needs of our Drivers. TNi has dedicated itself to providing seamless service for the trading partners in Mexico, US, and Canada.

Responsibilities:

• Administer weekly Driver payroll
• Indexing of Driver trip sheets
• Maintain Driver payroll files
• Administer and maintain employee benefits, including insurance websites and portals
• Maintain various spreadsheets and reports related to payroll and insurance
• Assist with Driver phone calls and needs
• Assist with other requests made of the Operations Department
