Insurance Navyis seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead marketing across digital and traditional channels. The role focuses on increasing brand awareness, generating qualified leads, and boosting customer engagement to drive growth.

This is a full-time, in-office position with no remote option. You will oversee paid ads, social media, content creation, direct mail, and brand development while collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in digital marketing or marketing management.
• Proven success with Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Strong lead generation, acquisition, and strategy skills.
• Proficiency with design tools (Photoshop/Illustrator/Canva).
• Experience managing multiple marketing projects simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset with strong communication abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with growth goals.
• Identify opportunities to increase lead generation, acquisition, and retention.
• Monitor trends, competitors, and emerging marketing tech.
