Responsibilities

• Receive incoming inquiries via phone and email and prioritize them promptly.
• Efficiently schedule service appointments based on priority and location.
• Maintain real-time updates on service tickets and relay delays to the Service Manager.
• Keep detailed physical and digital records of requests, tasks and assignments.
• Coordinate with onsite managers and technicians on progress and requests.
• Follow up with managers to ensure completed projects meet standards.
• Provide extensive administrative support to technicians.
