You will maintain accurate records to ensure timely service delivery and exceptional customer service. Requirements include a 2-year Associate’s Degree, strong attention to detail, proficiency with Microsoft Office, excellent communication skills, and a valid driver's license.

Formación

• 2-year Associate’s Degree is required.
• Strong attention to detail and organization are essential.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Valid Driver License with clean driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Receive incoming customer inquiries via phone and email and prioritize them to address issues promptly.
• Schedule service appointments based on priority, availability, and location.
• Maintain up-to-date records of service requests and technician assignments.
• Communicate progress and delays to onsite facility managers and technicians.
• Support the service team with necessary resources to complete tasks.
