Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service/dispatch/branch ops.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Experience with billing, scheduling, and field operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily branch operations and document workflows.
• Answer calls, emails, and portal requests professionally.
• Schedule technicians and coordinate with Dispatch.
• Create and maintain work orders and service records.
• Support billing, invoicing, and payments.
