Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Accepts and accurately processes all financial service transactions according to Bank policies.
• Provide excellent customer service as the initial customer contact and identify referral opportunities.
• Answer incoming calls and support the Banking Center to meet customer needs.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of the Bank's products and services.
• Follow security, audit, and confidentiality procedures.
