Job summary

Tecta America Zero Company LLC in Ohio seeks an in-office Project Engineer to support commercial roofing projects from startup through closeout, in Dayton, Columbus, or Cincinnati. You will prepare submittals, work orders, warranty docs, and owner manuals, and provide admin and technical support to Project Managers.

Candidates should read drawings, prepare submittals, handle CAD takeoffs, manage Navision ERP entries, and coordinate with vendors, owners, and field staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial roofing or construction.
• Ability to read drawings, specs, and contracts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Navision or similar ERP.
• CAD software experience and plan takeoffs preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare submittals, work orders, warranty documentation, and owner manuals.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and field personnel to ensure project efficiency.
• Enter and manage data in Navision and assemble project packets.
• Assist with scheduling, procurement, and closeout documentation.
• Maintain organized project files and facilitate communication with stakeholders.
