Job summary

BlueWave Express Car Wash is hiring a Claims Specialist in Montgomery, TX. You will manage vehicle damage and wash-incident claims from intake through resolution, conducting investigations and communicating with guests, stores, repair facilities, insurers, and attorneys.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to make fact-based decisions while maintaining a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience handling claims, customer service, or risk management is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to review evidence objectively.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and process customer claims related to vehicle damage and wash incidents.
• Conduct investigations by reviewing incident reports, photographs, video, estimates, and supporting docs.
• Communicate professionally with store leadership, guests, repair facilities, insurers, attorneys, and internal stakeholders.
• Document claim activity and maintain accurate records in company systems.
• Coordinate inspections, estimate reviews, repairs, and payment processing.
• Create and send claim determination letters, settlement communications, and denial notices as appropriate.
• Track claim status and ensure timely follow-up with all parties.
