Job summary

Qualifications
- 4–10+ years of relevant litigation experience.
- Strong civil litigation background with multiple case phases.
- Ability to manage case work independently from investigation through trial.
Responsibilities
- Take and defend depositions.
- Argue hearings and motions.
- Investigate and defend liability matters.
- Develop litigation strategies and prepare cases for trial.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery and other legal documents.
- Communicate with clients and collaborate with team members.
- Travel as needed for cases and hearings.
- Manage cases independently while contributing to a team.
