Qualifications

• 3–5 years of litigation experience required.
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Florida.
• Strong research, writing and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and case calendars.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial, business, and civil litigation matters from intake through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, legal memoranda, correspondence, and other litigation documents.
• Conduct legal research, analyze complex legal issues, and assist in developing effective litigation strategies.
• Take and defend depositions, prepare clients and witnesses, and participate in hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation.
• Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, experts, court personnel, attorneys, and internal staff.
• Maintain litigation calendars, case deadlines, case files, and overall matter organization.
