Responsibilities

• Manage civil litigation matters through all phases, including pleadings and trial prep.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery responses.
• Represent clients in municipal defense and related matters.
• Collaborate with attorneys, clients, experts and witnesses.
• Handle multiple active matters and meet deadlines with client service.
• Participate in hearings, mediations, depositions, and trial preparation.
