Job summary

EmployBridge in Conyers, GA is seeking a CDL Driver Recruiter to join our in-office team. You will build a pipeline of CDL driver candidates, partner with the operations group, and ensure timely fulfillment of driver openings.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, regular interviewing, and conducting background checks, I-9s, and drug screens to move candidates to work.

Qualifications

• Recruiting & staffing experience 3+ years.
• Experience recruiting CDL drivers.
• High-volume recruiting experience a plus.
• Bilinguals encouraged to apply.
• Ability to manage 40+ customers on a daily basis.
• Experience with MS Office.
• Ability to assess, delegate and provide follow up with customer orders/requests & internal team.
• Leadership exposure/experience a plus.
