Davis Bowen Friedel, Inc. (DBF) seeks a CAD Technician to support design, drafting, and development of construction drawings for infrastructure and residential projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD is required, with Carlson Precision 3D/Civil 3D experience preferred.

This is an in-person position in Milford, DE with no remote option. The role emphasizes problem-solving, collaboration with engineers, and timely technical assistance across departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; basic site design knowledge preferred.
• Experience with Carlson Precision 3D or Civil 3D is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in drafting and construction drawing preparation.

Responsibilities

• Render and communicate design plans using design software.
• Perform analyses and calculations per project requirements.
• Coordinate with engineers and surveyors on model accuracy and standards.
• Prepare project documentation for submittals and client review.
• Provide timely technical assistance and manage multiple tasks.
