Dynamic Engineering Consultants, PC in Belmar, NJ, is seeking a CAD Designer I to assist CAD production, design coordination, and standards compliance on land development projects. You will collaborate with Engineers, CAD Designers, and Project Managers to deliver accurate drawings on schedule, while applying municipal design standards and company workflows.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred or 1 year CAD experience.
• Understanding of CAD principles and drafting practices.
• Understanding of land development principles and practices.
• Ability to participate in CAD workflows and maintain timelines.
• Ability to solve CAD drawing issues and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and consistent workflow quality.
• Willingness to expand CAD knowledge through training.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of quality Land Development Plans, Zoning Plans, Concept Plans, and Exhibits.
• Coordinate files and sharing with outside agencies.
• Perform CAD coordination between Engineers, CAD Designers, and Project Managers.
• Ensure drawing deliverables meet scope, schedule, budget, and standards.
• Maintain drawing file organization and archiving procedures.
• Mentor CAD users alongside CAD Management and support CAD training.
