Job summary

Associa is seeking an Accounting Analyst to join our Finance team in Richardson, Texas. This entry- to mid-level role supports routine accounting activities including general ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and financial reporting, while contributing to month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.

Under the Corporate Controller and Finance team, you will learn our systems, maintain accurate records, and provide timely support to Finance and business partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2-3 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Assist monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
• Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and variance analyses.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data across ledgers.
• Manage general ledger activities including journal entries, accruals, reclasses, and adjustments.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies timely.
• Support internal controls and audit activities.
