ExcelliSearch, Inc. in Georgia seeks an experienced In-Mold Grading (IMG) Supervisor to oversee daily forming press, bonding, and wrapping operations at a start-up manufacturing facility in the state.

The role focuses on supervising production employees, monitoring equipment performance, and ensuring safe, efficient processes. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on manufacturing leader with experience in forming press operations, bonding, and surface finishing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training preferred.
• Experience in forming presses, in-mold grading, lamination, bonding, or related production processes.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Hands‑on experience with forming press equipment (compression molding, vacuum forming) strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily in-mold grading, forming press, bonding, and wrapping operations to meet production, quality, and safety objectives.
• Coordinate employee assignments, production schedules, and workflow across assigned operations.
• Monitor forming press parameters, including temperature, pressure, and cycle times, to ensure consistent product quality.
• Oversee manual and automated bonding and wrapping processes, ensuring proper material alignment, tension, and adhesion.
