Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience with forming presses, laminations, bonding, or related processes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily in-mold grading, forming press, bonding, and wrapping operations to meet production, quality, and safety objectives.
• Coordinate employee assignments, production schedules, and workflow across assigned operations.
• Monitor forming press parameters (temperature, pressure, cycle times) to ensure consistent product quality.
• Oversee manual and automated bonding and wrapping processes, ensuring proper material alignment, tension, and adhesion.
• Troubleshoot production issues, equipment performance concerns, and recurring defects to minimize downtime.
• Train, coach, and develop production employees on equipment operation, quality standards, and safe practices.
