Job summary

Job Juncture is seeking an experienced In-Mold Grading (IMG) Supervisor to oversee daily forming press, bonding, and wrapping operations within a manufacturing facility in its start-up phase. This position is responsible for supervising production employees, monitoring equipment performance, maintaining product quality, and ensuring safe and efficient manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience with forming presses and in-mold grading.
• Hands-on experience with forming press equipment (compression molding, vacuum, thermoforming).
• Supervisory or team leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of materials such as TPO, films, fabrics used in bonding and wrapping.
• Willingness to support startup phase and two shifts; on-floor presence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily in-mold grading, forming press, bonding, and wrapping operations.
• Coordinate employee assignments and production schedules.
• Monitor machine parameters: temperature, pressure, cycle times.
• Train, coach, and develop production employees on safety and quality.
• Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to resolve issues.
• Enforce safety procedures including LOTO and 5S.
