Job summary

Wyndham is seeking an In House Sales Manager in Las Vegas to lead and grow a high-performing sales team. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, recruiting talent, and maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction to drive revenue and promote Wyndham’s brand across our timeshare offerings.

The role requires proven timeshare sales experience, ability to manage and motivate staff, and willingness to work weekends and holidays in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Valid NV Timeshare Sales Agent or NV Real Estate license.
• Proven timeshare sales experience.
• Wyndham Presidents Club preferred.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead, influence and motivate a team of In House Sales Representatives.
• Create and maintain a productive and successful culture and work environment.
• Effectively deliver required sales targets by closing transactions daily.
• Administer sales policies and guidelines with ethical, professional conduct.
• Train, evaluate, and monitor performance of direct reports.
• Conduct daily, motivating sales meetings.
