CJM Facility Solutions is seeking an experienced In-House Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter to manage recruitment for critical restaurant-service roles. You will architect our recruitment engine from the ground up, select and implement an ATS, and define scalable hiring workflows from outreach to onboarding.

You will source top-tier technicians across HVAC, Refrigeration, Electrical, Plumbing, and Commercial Kitchen Equipment, ensuring we hire the best in a high-pressure environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience recruiting for commercial facility maintenance or large property groups.
• Experience building recruiting pipelines and hiring workflows from scratch.
• Experience implementing an ATS and standardized processes.

Responsibilities

• Build the Recruitment Engine: select and implement an ATS, establish standardized hiring processes, and create scalable workflows from outreach to onboarding.
• Source and Recruit: hunt for top-tier technicians who can perform under pressure and communicate with restaurant managers.
