Evolve Therapy Services in Knoxville, TN is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist for an in-house Skilled Nursing Facility. The role offers Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN options with a sign-on bonus and competitive benefits.

The successful candidate will provide quality therapy, develop comprehensive treatment plans, and ensure CMS-compliant documentation within NetHealth EMR. Licensure, CCC, and ongoing CEUs are required for practice.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology.
• CCC licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Active licensure in the states of practice.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality speech therapy services and initiate referrals when appropriate.
• Evaluate and obtain data for treatment planning and implementation.
• Develop treatment plans with target lists, short- and long-term goals.
• Instruct patients, families, and staff for carry-over of therapy goals.
• Complete CMS-compliant documentation in NetHealth EMR.
• Oversee FEES/MBS protocols and site program coordination.
• Participate in screening protocols to meet resident needs promptly.

Education

Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology

Certificate of Clinical Competency

Active SLP license in state(s) of practice

Ongoing continuing education to maintain licensure
