Job summary

Evolve Therapy Services seeks a qualified Physical Therapy Assistant (PRN) to support an in-house Skilled Nursing Facility in Ponca City, OK. Under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, you will deliver resident care plans, assist with evaluations, and participate in treatment sessions focused on mobility, strength, balance, and gait.

Required: Associate's degree in physical therapy, active PTA license in state(s) of practice, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Physical Therapy Assistant license in state(s) of practice.
• Ongoing continuing education to maintain licensure and certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to residents under the direct supervision of the Physical Therapist.
• Conduct screenings and determine need for intervention/treatment.
• Assist in evaluation and treatment planning under the Physical Therapist's direction.
• Assist in establishing individual resident treatment schedules and goals.
• Contribute to treatment sessions focused on mobility, strength, balance, gait, and ROM.
