• Develop treatment plans with target list, short- and long-term goals.
• Instruct patient, family, and staff for carryover of therapy progress.
• Complete CMS-compliant documentation in NetHealth EMR.
• Oversee FEES/MBS protocols and coordinate site programs.
• Participate in screening protocols to assess resident needs with clinical excellence.
