1st Response Pest Management is hiring an Experienced In-House Sales Representative to manage inbound and company-generated leads and convert them into long-term residential and commercial pest control customers. This is a closing-focused role designed for professionals who already understand pest management sales and want to work with qualified opportunities instead of door-to-door canvassing or cold-calling.

Position Summary

This role focuses on inside sales and lead conversion. You will work directly with customers who have already expressed interest in pest control services through marketing campaigns, referrals, or inbound inquiries.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Managing inbound and company-provided pest control sales leads

• Conducting phone, virtual, and in-person consultations

• Presenting customized residential and commercial pest management programs

• Building long-term customer relationships and maintaining follow-up pipelines

• Accurately documenting activity within company systems
