Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of Travel + Leisure sales experience is preferred.
• Experience in managing sales teams is preferred.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve defined sales targets and close transactions daily.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
• Train, evaluate, and monitor performance of direct reports.
• Lead daily sales meetings and participate in group presentations when needed.
• Recruit future sales associates and support site training.
