Hilton Grand Vacations Inc. is seeking a Remote In House Sales Manager to drive sales performance within a virtual, performance-driven environment. The role emphasizes mentoring, coaching and closing sales, while upholding Hilton’s standards of integrity, quality and service.

You will use Salesforce, Chorus, and other tools to manage the sales pipeline, train team members, and ensure a top-tier customer experience from inquiry to close.

Qualifications

• 2+ years mentoring, coaching or supervising team members.
• ~2+ years front-to-back sales experience in timeshare sales.
• ~ Prior experience closing sales or sales management roles.
• Basic technical abilities to navigate CRM and office programs (Salesforce, Chorus, E-worksheet, RingCentral, Outlook).

Responsibilities

As a Remote In House Sales Manager you would be responsible for executing your position's responsibilities in alignment with our Spirit of Service culture and driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards.

• Generate maximum sales efficiencies, while maintaining or exceeding targeted net sales volume.
• Promote and support branded Hilton Grand Vacations and Hilton Club culture.
• Assist with supervision and lead all aspects of sales line through mentoring, modeling and reinforcing effective sales and customer service practices, behaviors and results.
• Must maintain a professional and personal image that upholds the HGV standards of integrity, quality and service to customers.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years' experience mentoring, coaching or supervising team members.
• ~2+ years' of proven front to back sales experience within timeshare sales.
• ~ Prior experience closing sales or sales management experience.
• ~ Must have basic technical abilities to navigate programs such as Salesforce, Chorus, E-worksheet, RingCentral, Microsoft Outlook, etc
• ~ Active state real estate license (if required in state of residence)

The range of the role is $131,250 to $218,750 annually, plus commission & bonuses governed by a compensation plan. The actual base pay offered may vary based on geographic location and market data.
