Job summary

Avir at Park in Wichita Falls, TX is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapy Assistant to join our in-house rehab team. You will administer prescribed therapies, support a patient-centered care plan, and collaborate with a Physical Therapist to drive positive outcomes for residents.

Qualifications

• Experience in SNF/long-term care settings is preferred.
• Knowledge of current physical therapy treatment practices is required.
• Familiarity with Net Health electronic documentation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed PTA treatments to relieve pain and improve function.
• Provide PT services under supervision of a PT.
• Record and measure patient progress and adjust plans.
• Support education for patients and families.
• Ensure documentation complies with regulatory requirements.
