Job summary

Sweetwater Care in Salina, Kansas, seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to lead our in-house therapy department as part of a growing geriatrics team. You will develop personalized treatment plans, supervise PTAs and aides, and coordinate care with an experienced clinical staff.

This full-time role reports to the Director of Rehabilitation Services and offers a salary range of $105,000 to $135,000 plus incentives.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Ability to supervise PTAs, rehab aides, and students.

Responsibilities

• Perform treatments and exercises to help patients recover.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and adjust as needed.
• Prescribe interventions to relieve pain and improve mobility.
• Maintain accurate patient records and progress notes.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and supervise support staff.
• Provide discharge summaries and family counseling.
• Adhere to regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
