Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or Arts Degree in Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, or Physical Therapy.
• Current licensure in Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Physical Therapy, COTA, or PTA.
• Proven experience in rehabilitation management, preferably in a post-acute care setting.

Responsibilities

• Assure delivery of high-quality rehabilitation services across the post-acute care facility.
• Lead and manage a team of rehabilitation professionals (PT, OT, SLP).
• Develop and implement strategic plans to improve operations, patient satisfaction and market share.
• Manage budgets, forecast revenues and expenses, analyze productivity and cost metrics.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure integrated patient care.
• Develop and implement policies to ensure compliance with regulations.
