Job summary

Sweetwater Care, a family-owned skilled nursing facility in Salina, KS, is seeking compassionate Physical Therapy Assistants to join our growing in-house therapy team. This role supports elderly residents with individualized care plans and works closely with a seasoned clinical staff.

Under the supervision of a Licensed Physical Therapist, you will treat patients, document progress, and participate in care-plan meetings.

Qualifications

• PTA certification is required.
• Experience with geriatric patients preferred.
• Ability to document progress and communicate with therapists.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients under supervision of Licensed Physical Therapist.
• Record treatment notes and progress; assist with discharge summaries.
• Communicate patient progress and plans to supervising PT.
• Participate in Plan of Care meetings when requested.
