Qualifications

• Associate degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Physical Therapy Assistant license in state(s) of practice.
• Commitment to ongoing continuing education and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to residents under the direct supervision of the Physical Therapist.
• Conduct screenings of residents to determine need for intervention.
• Assist in evaluations and develop short-/long-term goals and treatment plans.
• Conduct individual and group treatment as outlined in the plan of care.
• Document treatment and progress in NetHealth EMR and participate in QA programs.
