Creative Solutions In HealthCare is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our in-house rehab team in Texas. You will provide person-centered care to help residents improve mobility and quality of life under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.

This role requires an active Texas PTA license, good standing, and preferably SNF or long-term care experience. We value strong communication and teamwork, and support ongoing education and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Active Texas PTA license
• SNF or long-term care experience preferred
• Current knowledge of PT treatment practices
• Experience with Net Health EDS preferred
• Ability to manage patients with varying needs
• Strong communication and teamwork

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed PTA treatments to restore function and mobility
• Work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
• Document care and progress in charting
• Care coordination with interdisciplinary team
• Educate patients and families
• Attend required Rehab Director meetings
