Continuum Rehab Group in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant to join our in-house therapy team serving Skilled Nursing/Long Term Care Facilities.

You will provide evidence-based, skilled therapy under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, contribute to rehab programs, track progress, and support patient outcomes while enjoying a supportive, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed PTA in good standing.
• Open to therapists at all experience levels.

Responsabilités

• Uses evidence-based practice to support interventions.
• Delivers skilled therapy under supervising PT and documents progress.
• Provides skilled therapies to patients needing rehabilitation.
• Assesses progress and updates plan with supervising PT.
• Counsels patients and families about physical disorders.
• Contributes to discharge summaries and care planning.
