Responsibilities

• Utilizes evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.
• Provides rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment intervention under supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Provides skilled therapy services to patients needing rehabilitation.
• Assesses and documents patient progress and communicates with supervising Physical Therapist to adjust treatments.
• Provides consultation and counseling to patients and families, and other service providers.
• Contributes to discharge summaries of services provided per regulatory requirements.
