Qualifications

• Licensed PTA.
• Open to therapists at all experience levels.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.
• Provides rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Delivers skilled therapy services to patients in need of rehabilitation.
• Assesses and documents patient progress and communicates with supervising PT to adjust treatments.
• Provides counseling to patients and families, and coordinates with caregivers and other providers.
• Contributes to discharge planning and summaries per regulatory requirements.
