Job summary

Evolve Therapy Services in Kingsport, TN is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant to support an in-house Skilled Nursing Facility. This full-time, part-time, or PRN role offers competitive pay and growth opportunities within a compassionate clinical team.

You will provide PT services under supervision, perform screenings, assist in treatment planning, conduct individual and group sessions, and document in NetHealth EMR. Licensing and ongoing CE are required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Physical Therapy Assistant license in state(s) of practice.
• Ongoing continuing education to maintain licensure and certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to residents under the supervision of the Physical Therapist.
• Conduct screenings to determine intervention needs.
• Assist in evaluations and treatment planning with goals.
• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions as outlined.
• Document CMS-compliant care in NetHealth EMR.
