Continuum Rehab Group in Lovington, NM seeks a Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant to join our in-house therapy team serving Skilled Nursing/Long Term Care facilities. You will work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist to deliver rehabilitative care focused on improving patients' function and quality of life.

Formación

• Licensed PTA with credential to practice.
• Open to therapists at all experience levels.

Responsabilidades

• Utilizes evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.
• Provides rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment under supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Provides skilled therapy services to patients needing rehabilitation.
• Assesses patient progress and communicates with supervising PT to adjust treatments.
• Provides consultation to patients and families regarding physical disorders and care options.
• Assists with discharge summary input per regulatory and clinical requirements.
