Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to residents per standards and procedures.
• Document and bill therapies according to CMS and company procedures.
• Evaluate residents and develop treatment plans with short/long-term goals.
• Screen residents regularly to determine need for intervention.
• Communicate findings and plans to residents, families, and team.
• Complete compliant medical documentation in NetHealth EMR systems.
