Responsibilities include standard-based PT services, documentation, and CMS-compliant records using NetHealth EMR. Clear communication with residents, families, and team is essential. Ongoing licensure and CEU participation are required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Physical Therapy license in state(s) of practice.
• Ongoing continuing education to maintain licensure and certification.
• Maintain licensure and certification.

Aufgaben

• Provide physical therapy services per established standards and procedures.
• Document and bill for therapy services per procedures.
• Evaluate residents to plan treatment and goals.
• Develop treatment plans with short- and long-term goals.
• Communicate evaluation findings and plan to residents and team.
• Complete CMS-compliant documentation in NetHealth EMR.
